Here's some hot island news: Six Senses is set to open a resort on the private island of Félicité in the Seychelles. Scheduled to open in 2015, Six Senses Zil Pasyon will have 28 one-bedroom villas, two two-bedroom villas and 17 private residences, all with private pools.
The resort will include two restaurants, a bar, retail outlets, a recreation center and Six Senses Spa, in addition to a gym and pool. The island, which is 30 nautical miles northeast of Mahe is accessed by helicopter or short boat ride.
Seychelles is a hotspot for outdoor activities (think diving, snorkeling, sailing, windsurfing yacht charter and island-hopping).
