Bachelor Jason Mesnick Becomes Aussie and Africa Specialist

It's always exciting when celebrities get in on the tourism scene, but we haven't seen a partnership like this in quite a while. Australia and New Zealand vacation wholesale specialist Down Under Answers (or DUA) has announced a new and surprising member to their travel team, Jason Mesnick—more commonly known as "The Bachelor."

In his position as business development manager, Mesnick will focus on travel for all ages, budgets and adventure levels. Highlights include wildlife-, nature- and outdoor-based activities (such as four-wheel driving, surfing, canoeing, biking, hiking, diving, sailing, rafting and camping). Many of these itineraries can be found in DUA's "Active OzNZ" portfolio.

As an ambassador of DUA and Africa Answers, Jason will travel the country educating trade partners and inspiring others to visit Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

Jason will be online for an hour most weekdays at noon discussing travel-related topics on a new blog called jasonsjobblog.com. He will blog his must-visit locales, controversial travel issues, vacation video tips and details about his upcoming destinations.
