Sunset Key has recently joined Starwood’s Luxury Hotel Collection. The resort now sports a new name: Sunset Key Cottages, A Luxury Collection Resort, Key West. To celebrate the new shift, Sunset Key’s sister property, West Street Hotel, in Bar Harbor is offering a jetsetter package in partnership with Aura Jets. Guests can now start their vacation in the seaside town of Bar Harbor and end up on the sandy beaches of Florida at Sunset Key Cottages (all in one day).
Not sold? Think about starting your day at Acadia National Park, where you can enjoy amazing vistas like at Cadillac Mountain, which is one of the first places the sun rises in the U.S. Later that same morning, you will leave the pine forests and fly to sunny Key West on a private, six-seat jet. From there enjoy a seven-minute ferry ride to Sunset Key. The special includes a one-night stay at each hotel along with transfers, flight and ferry service.
