Blade Reopens at Fontainebleau Miami Beach

We're thrilled to hear that Blade has reopened at the tre sexy Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel, serving sushi, sashimi and of course, a slew of saki.

The raw-fish hot-spot closed last year to make way for the mirrored mecca that is Arkadia lounge, but fear not, the Tokyo-inspired restaurant is back, boasting an oversized arch of brown leather banquettes and eccentric lighting creating a kind of spaceship-meets-cigar-lounge vibe.

Be sure to grab a table that peers onto the hotel's five-pool backyard as you nosh on utterly unqiue rolls like the eponymously named Blade crafted from marinated salmon, fresh mozzarella, spicy mayonnaise and fried garlic.
