Tapped: Carmel Valley Ranch's New GM

Anna Olson has recently been appointed the general manager of California's Carmel Valley Ranch.
Olson was chosen based on a poll conducted on the resort's employees and club members, seeking insights into charaterstics that are critical to the success of a general manager. A list of 25 qualities emerged and Olson scored well on all.
Olson comes to Carmel Valley Ranch from Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, where she held the position of general manager since 2001.
