Silver Muse Introduces Bespoke Beds in Select Suites

Silversea has announced the creation and installation of 10 bespoke beds in the Owner, Grand and Royal suites of its new flagship Silver Muse, which launched on April 19. In collaboration with Silversea, luxury bed maker Savoir Beds handmade the mattresses and toppers specifically for Silver Muse. According to a written release, the mattresses have "nested pocket springs in between generous layers of lambs wool, needled cotton and curled hair which is hand-tufted to keep the contents in position."

Silver Muse sails with 596 passengers and 411 crew members. The ship boasts 298 all-suite accommodations (the highest number of large suites and the highest number of connecting suites in Silversea's fleet) along with a vast selection of public spaces including a casino, spa, panorama lounge, pool deck and gym. For dining, guests have the option of eight food and beverage venues including:

  • La Terrazza:
  • Indochine:
  • La Dame by Relais & Chateaux
  • Atlantide
  • Kaiseki
  • Spaccanopoli
  • Hot Rocks
  • Silver Note

Silver Muse kicked off its 2017 season with a debut Easter voyage departing Monte Carlo on April 10. On April 20, the ship departed on its official inaugural voyage from Monte Carlo to Nice, lasting 13 days. The ship will continue offering Mediterranean cruises before heading to its winter homeport in Port Everglades, Florida, October 12-13. Silver Muse is set to call in 34 countries and 130 ports in 2017 alone. The addition of Silver Muse brings Silversea's fleet to nine ships.
