12- Day Pumpkin Extravaganza for Thanksgiving at Four Seasons Philadelphia

Four Seasons Hotel PhiladelphiaThanksgiving is just around the corner, and the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is heating things up in the kitchen with a cornucopia of fall-themed treats. Starting November 18, the hotel will be treating guests to a 12-day pumpkin celebration with a bevy of pumpkin-flavored goodies hot from the oven. (We like the sound of the Long Island cheese pumpkin pancakes with bourbon maple syrup for breakfast in Fountain Restaurant.)

Executive Chef Rafael Gonzalez has also planned a number of seasonal dishes for lunch at the restaurant like roasted butternut squash soup with glazed walnuts and duck confit; soy garlic braised short ribs with kabucha squash, local apples and chili salad; and Georges bank skate with forest mushrooms and spaghetti squash. And for dessert? Pumpkin flan and spiced pumpkin roulade. Even the bar at Swann Lounge is getting in the holiday spirit with a selection of pumpkin cocktails including Pumpkin Spiced Margarita, The Great Pumpkin, Jack the Craver and Johnny Pumpkinseed, a non-alcoholic drink made with apple cider and sparking cider with pumpkin spiced syrup.
