Aman Resorts Opening Resort in Nevis Next Year?

During Luxury Travel Advisor's recent coverage of the annual Caribbean Week events, we sat down with Mark Anthony Graham Brantley, Nevis’ newly elected tourism minister, and learned that the sister island to St. Kitts is looking to add Aman Resorts to its portfolio of luxury boutique resorts.

Brantley told us that although “there are still some small matters that need to be finalized,” the plans call for a roughly 40-room resort to be built on the opposite side of the island of the Four Seasons Nevis, currently the island’s most popular luxury resort. The Aman Resort would be located roughly 15 miles away and will also include an array of villas as well as a new golf course.

“We really think this is a great fit for the destination,” he says “If you know Aman, then you know they usually like to pick these off-the-beaten path destinations and Nevis is exactly that in the Caribbean.”
