Epicurean Easter at Four Seasons Beverly Hills

As Lent draws to a close, and the itch for chocolate, wine, soda, steak (or whatever delightfully sinful goodie you have given up for the past month) starts to become unbearable, Four Seasons Beverly Hills is cooking up an Easter celebration that is sure to hit the spot.

We hear the luxury hotel will unveil a festive spread on April 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Culina, Modern Italian and Windows Lounge. Guests can indulge guilt free in the sushi, seafood, dim sum and carving stations; entrees including orecchiette pasta, braised short ribs and salmon; an omelet station with all the fixings; traditional Mexican quesadilla station; variety of salads; pancake station with traditional buttermilk, chocolate chip, blueberry, whole wheat pancake options; and more.

It being Easter, what is a feast without candy? The Candy Station will feature an assortment of chocolates, cotton candy, chocolate eggs, chocolate and strawberry skewers, sponge cake skewers, marshmallows and pretzels. The Berries Galore station will be a colorful medley of fresh spring berries, cupcakes, hot cross buns and more.
