Kauai's Kukui'ula Cottages Open for Rental

On Kauai, Kukui'ula has been private property, but will now be opening its doors to rent in the fall via The Parrish Collection. The land was the McBryde Sugar Plantation from 1899 to 1996 and was one of the most successful of the sugar plantations of Hawaii.

The Kukui‘ula Club Cottages are a collection of 15 single-family cottages clustered adjacent to Kukui‘ula’s Plantation House, which reflect the island's plantation heritage. (Remember The Descendants?) Rental includes full access to the grounds at Kukui'ula, including the Plantation club house, the Makai pools, Kukui'ula farm, spa, and 18 hole Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course. The cottage lots are approximately 12,000-square-feet.

Kukui’ula is the first property of its kind in Kauai and is affiliated with DMB and A&B properties. The 1,010-acre Kukui‘ula communities on Kauai's southern coast in Poipū, in between the National Tropical Botanical Garden and historic Old Koloa Town.
