New Shopping Options on Oahu

It wouldn't be a vacation without some proper retail therapy, and Oahu has some notable new options for all kinds of shopping.

*    Collins & 8th, a new men’s and women’s clothing boutique, is debuting in Honolulu this spring. We hear that the boutique is inspired by the shopping options found in South Beach Miami, and will offer clothing and shoe brands by Mara Hoffman, Joie, Corey Yumi Kim, Dolce Vita, Jeffrey Campbell, and more.

*    Two new retail stores opened at Outrigger Reef on the Beach in December 2010. Skye’s Koa & Ukulele features ukulele, as well as Koa products and other Hawaiian-themed gifts. Martin & MacArthur offers gifts, home accessories, local organic skincare and fragrance items, and its exclusive line of Martin & MacArthur hardwood watches.

*    Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach recently welcomed four new stores. Popular Hawaiian jeweler, Na Hoku, features its traditional and original jewelry collections. Freaky Tiki Tropical Optical sells luxury eyewear, including Maui Jim, Oakley, Von Zipper, Prada, Versace, Ray Ban, and more. Pele’s Signature offers uniquely designed and handcrafted pens made from local and exotic woods. Little People Hawaii features Hawaiian collectable dolls, children’s aloha shirts and dresses, Hawaiian baby items, and Hawaiian children’s books.
