Hot Restaurants in Paris- Monsieur Bleu at the Palais de Tokyo

Monsieur Bleu, ParisThere’s a hot new restaurant that food-centric Parisians are salivating over as “the place to be” this summer. Opened inside the Palais de Tokyo—the largest contemporary art museum in Europe after a big renovation—Monsieur Bleu has a prime piece of real estate facing the Eiffel Tower. (The restaurant has enormous windows framing the views, and there’s also a gorgeous outside terrace…)

Elegantly designed by architect Joseph Dirand, the restaurant is a hybrid space- as appropriate for lunch as for nighttime cocktails paired with gourmet snacks (like lobster rolls). Go Go Paris calls it “a feast for the eyes” and calls attention to the fact that Paris designer Alexis Mabille “designed the hot waiters’ bowties and waitresses’ white frocks.” Vogue Paris praises the “artisanal cuisine within an elegant, Dandyish Art Deco atmosphere, a bar menu from Alix Lacloche the rising star of the gastronomy scene and an incredible lineup of art-inspired events hosted by Parisian duo Franck Maillot and Benjamin Cassan.”

We say: reserve a table for your next Parisian sojourn! Open daily from noon to 2 am. For more information, visit monsieurbleu.com.
