Traveling to Paris this week? Make sure to add this to your agenda. (The French capital is abuzz about this new destination in the Golden Triangle.) Mercedes-Benz is celebrating the launch of its new C-Class sedan and its compact SUV GLA with a pop-up shop. Located on the prestigious avenue George V in the 8th arrondissement, the pop-up shop also showcases a new capsule collection by Fashion Bel-Air, which was created especially for the occasion.

The German car company recruited one of France’s famous chefs (Jean-François Piège, who has two Michelin stars and is a judge on Top Chef) to open a 40-cover restaurant on the premises. Called L'Instant, the restaurant is designed like a bistro on the lower level, and serves fun adaptations of dishes from the chef’s celebrated Thoumieux brasserie. There’s also a cocktail bar in the evening hours.

Open until April 5th, every day for lunch and dinner, closed on Sundays. The lunch menu features an appetizer and a main course, or a main course and dessert, for 45 euros. The three-course meal served at dinner costs 65 euros. To reserve, call Cathy at +33 (0)7-78-70-06-50. Pop up store Mercedes-Benz, 30 Avenue George V, 75008 Paris.
