New York City’s The Knickerbocker Hotel will open February 12, 2015, in Times Square.
Said to have debuted the original martini back in its heyday, the updated landmark has now partnered with chef Charlie Palmer, who helped develop three new dining venues, including Charlie Palmer at The Knick (a full-service bar and restaurant), JAKES @ The Knick (a coffeehouse and artisanal café), and St. Cloud (a rooftop bar and cigar lounge, outfitted by tobacconist Nat Sherman).
The hotel will also offer such amenities as four Signature Suites, 27 Junior Suites, state-of-the art technology, luxurious self-care products, and in-room salon services from celebrity hairstylist Ted Gibson.
