The Langford Hotel, located in downtown Miami, is offering a meetings package designed for business professionals and meeting planners.
For groups that book eight rooms or more, the former Miami National Bank and designated historic site is offering the Downtown Miami Meeting Package. Included in the package is a discounted room rate (up to 15 percent), half off meeting room rental and Presidential Living Room, and complimentary end-of-day cocktail reception at Pawn Broker, the hotel’s rooftop bar and lounge.
The Langford has four downtown Miami locations for business gatherings. All spaces are complete with WiFi, flat screen televisions, and AV and Bluetooth connections.
Available spaces include:
- The Meeting Room: 1,140 square feet, accommodating 15-50 guests. The Meeting Room offers a sophisticated, elegant and contemporary meeting space.
- Presidential Suite: 1,300 square feet. The Presidential Suite offers a residential style space with living room, dining room, bar, and kitchen area. Accommodates 10-30 guests.
- Sky Lobby: 1,087 square feet. The Sky Lobby is designed for groups of up to 30 guests.
The Langford Hotel was once the Miami National Bank, an iconic building with a Beaux-Arts façade. Built in 1925, the site is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the Miami-Dade County Courthouse, Perez Art Museum, Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, and Knight Concert Hall. The AAA Four Diamond boutique hotel offers 126 guestrooms.
Earlier this year, the hotel appointed Olivier Servat as general manager. Servat is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in luxury hotels including general manager of W Hotel Paris-Opera and senior consultant at Steigenberger Hotels AG.
