Spa Update at the Baros Maldives

Baros Maldives has introduced a new range of environmentally-sourced products and treatments to its spa. And following this new concept, the spa has also been renamed “Serenity Spa.”

The new menu is designed to combine the, “curative powers of plants combined with entrancing healing traditions,” according to a written release by the company. It features treatments like the Tri-scented Lime Infused Luxury Massage with nourishing and hydrating shea butter or a full body treatment featuring tropical elements of frangipani or sweet orchid. There are over 30 therapies for guests to choose from, guided by the advice of the spa’s specialists. In addition, the spa’s therapists have all been given personalized training in the use of the new treatments and techniques.

In building the new menu, the resort looked at products that emphasize the eco-friendly ideology of the property. New product lines include Elemis, TheraNaka and Coola.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary 15-minute spa taster on the day of their arrival at Baros Maldives, or on the next day to familiarize themselves with the options available during their stay.

Baros Maldives is a private, Maldivian-owned island comprised of 75 beaches as well as 75 over-water and beach villas. The adults-only property offers three gourmet restaurants, two bars and a thriving house reef. It was named 2016’s World’s Most Romantic Resort & The Maldives' Leading Boutique Resort by the World Travel Awards, and as Number 14 out of the World’s Top 25 Luxury Hotels by TripAdvisor 2017.
