Traveling Gourmet: Chocoholics Flock to Four Seasons Philadelphia

Chocolate and diamonds are a deadly combination when trying to woo your honey, but it seems that the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia has gotten the recipe just right.

We hear the luxury hotel will be hosting a five day chocolate festival from February 10 through 14. Touch of glam: Diamonds included.

To celebrate everyones favorite sweet treat, the Swann Lounge is unveiling the Aztec Chocolate Diamond Martini (think hint of chili pepper liqueur and a vodka filtered through DeBeers diamonds. What?!).

The whole recipe includes Diamond Vodka, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, Thatcher's Organic Tres Chiles Liqueur and Thatcher's Organic Chocolate Liqueur. The martini will be garnished with a truffle from Eclat Chocolate and, for the month of February only, can be ordered along with with jewelry featuring genuine chocolate diamonds from David Jay Jewelers and served in a designer keepsake martini glass. The drink must be ordered at least 72 hours in advance to guarantee supply of jewelry, and is priced at $500, $1,500 or $7,500.

Beginning February 10, guests will taste a hint of chocolate throughout the hotel, restaurants and spa. Chocolate covered treats will be found at every corner, and The Spa will offer a coco-vanilla enhancement oil, which can be added to any massage or body treatment.
