Nobu Budapest

Nobu’s restaurant empire (22 and counting!) has expanded to Central Europe with the opening of Nobu Budapest on September 15, 2010. Located in the Kempinski Hotel Corvinus—the downtown luxury property with comprehensive, state-of-the-art facilities—the new eatery serves up Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa’s signatures like Alaskan Black Cod with Miso and Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno. Head chef Lloyd Roberts oversees the culinary operations in this newest Nobu outpost.

Easily one of the most anticipated restaurant openings in Budapest, Nobu boasts gorgeous interiors by the Rockwell Group, accented with wood screens and calligraphy-adorned rice paper lamp shades. For pre-dinner cocktails and bites, the Nobu Lounge Bar awaits. The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 5 pm to 11:45 pm.
