One treatment not to miss is the signature Spa Penthouse RItual, which takes place in the swanky Roman Penthouse Suite with 360-degree views of Rome.
Coming soon: This fall, after extensive renovations, Spiga 8 Spa at Carlton Hotel Baglioni in Milan and Baglioni Spa by Elemis at Baglioni Hotel London will reopen.
