Rooftop Bar to Open in May at Four Seasons Beirut

Rooftop bars aren't just a New York thing: In Lebanon, the Four Seasons Hotel Beirut will kick off the summer season with opening of The Roof this coming end of May.

Four Seasons Hotel Beirut has Lebanon’s highest rooftop lounge at 390 feet above sea level. The Roof is located on the Hotel’s 26th floor by the pool. Guests can watch the sunset and then unwind under a canopy of stars at The Roof with a wraparound view of Beirut’s downtown skyline, mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The lounge is great for relaxing and listening to the music from a live DJ from 7:30 pm to 2:00 am Tuesday through Sunday.

This year, the roof has an upgraded setup with elevated perches to make the most of the views, and sunset-facing seats. The menu includes tapas and Asian-inspired bites, ranging from crisp salads to siu mai dumplings and satays. The beverage list offers a selection of cocktails and smoothies.

Beirut’s new lifestyle destination, Zaitunay Bay, is located just across the street from the Hotel. The promenade is home to an exclusive yacht club, outdoor dining outlets and boutiques, bringing back to life the city’s heyday as a Mediterranean party town.
