Summer may be halfway over, but the fun has just begun at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Now through autumn, Fairmonts worldwide are offering guests a variety of ways to make the most of the summer and extend the fun into the fall. From exploring the great outdoors to savoring the best wines, there are a variety of activities and adventures to help guests sail through summer.

Guests looking to spend the end of summer teeing off on two championship Raymond Floyd golf courses need not look further than Fairmont Turnberry Isle in Miami. Guests staying at the hotel golf for free and only pay a nominal $40 per person cart fee. For those looking to get more bang for their buck, the Sands & Seas Package includes complimentary green fees, nightly accommodation, valet parking, 20 percent off private cabanas and wave runner rentals, complimentary children's meals for kids five and under and an Aventura Mall rewards card. Package is available through September 30, 2011 with rates starting at $159 per night.

As summer winds down, gas prices continue to go up, but The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is helping guests take the pain out of the pump with the hotel’s Gas and Grapes Package. The hotel’s package includes one $50 gas card per room, per stay, nightly accommodation, a welcome bottle of wine upon arrival, daily complimentary wine tasting by a local winery in the lobby, daily yoga and fitness classes in the fitness center, as well as complimentary daily guided hikes. Package rates start from $299 per night.
 
There are still enough days left in summer to rally the troops and head south for a family vacation. Fairmont Mayakoba, Riviera Maya, makes travelling with the family a breeze with the resort’s Family Adventure Package. This package includes up to 30 percent off the best available room rate, private roundtrip airport transportation, daily breakfast buffet for two adults and two children, cooking lesson with one of the resort’s chefs, and a one hour tour in a lancha (covered boat) with an ecology expert. Guests may also take advantage of two optional bonus offers: a bonus spa offer where guests receive a 30-minute customized spa treatment with the purchase of any 60-minute a-la-carte spa service at regular price or a bonus golf offer where guests can play as many rounds as desired on the same day with the purchase of a round of golf at El Camaleon. This package is available through December 17, 2011 and requires a minimum four-night stay, with rates inclusive of discount starting at $299 per night.
 
With its signature restaurant under renovation there has never been a better time to visit The Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui. During the renovation the hotel is offering exceptional rates of 50 percent off suites and 35 percent off two- and three-bedroom villas. Guests may stay in the spacious one-bedroom suites for a starting rate of just $219 a night, while a luxurious ocean side villa starts at $975 a night. Rates are available for travel between August 15 and December 16, 2011.
 
The new Bobcat Billy’s Clubhouse for kids, Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is the perfect Labor Day getaway. From Saturday, September 3 to Sunday, September 4 the hotel is offering a Dream-cation Weekend, by bringing Hawaii and Vegas to Scottsdale with a Hawaiian themed day on September 3, including a Hawaiian buffet and a Polynesian show of fire and hula dancing on the Lagoon Lawn. The summer has been abuzz with all things royal and The Fairmont Royal York keeps the trend alive with its Castles & Towers Package. This package is perfect for those seeking a regal vacation with a visit to a castle and a stay in a hotel that has hosted three generations of the British Royal Family.
