New York Palace Hotel Offers Airport Transfer Service for Suite Guests

This looks like a fantastic way to arrive in style in the Big Apple: The New York Palace, a luxury midtown hotel, has announced a new service for guests who book one of the property’s Towers Corner Suites or Specialty Suites. (Like the Champagne Suite, below, which looks really spectacular.)

“You’ve Arrived” includes arrival airport transfer from New York City’s major airports, making The New York Palace the first New York City hotel to offer this as a complimentary service. Prior to a visit, the hotel’s Guest Experience team will personally call each guest to reconfirm arrival and transportation arrangements. As the car nears the hotel, the driver will alert the Guest Experience team of the guest’s arrival time, enabling a curb side welcome.

As part of the hotel’s recent $140 million renovation, the Towers accommodations received a $25 million makeover. The separate part of The New York Palace occupies the hotel’s top 14 floors, and is home to 176 guest rooms and suites.
