There are new appointments at the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort in Puerto Rico. Tiago Sarmento has been named the new hotel manager, and Dawn Parisi has taken over as director of sales and marketing.
Prior to becoming hotel manager, Sarmento served as director of sales and marketing for the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, where he helped raise the property's Starvoice engagement score from 87 to 97 points. He has a history working in the luxury hospitality industry, having also held DOSM positions at the St. Regis Tianjin and St. Regis Mexico City.
In tandem with her responsibilities as the director of sales and marketing, Parisi serves as area director of sales and marketing for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Caribbean Resorts.
