The Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur has introduced its Personal Shopper Experience Program, allowing clients to indulge in some retail therapy at the Malaysian capital’s two premier malls, Suria KLCC and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.
Guests who wish to partake in the service must make a request with the concierge, who will then arrange an appointment. Prior to the shopping experience, a personal shopper from the chosen boutique will meet customers at the hotel and escort them to Suria KLCC, or a personal chauffeur will drive guests to and from the Pavilion.
Guests can have their purchased items delivered to the hotel by the personal shopper. Private viewings can also be arranged either at the store or from the comfort of the client's hotel room.
Participating brands include Burberry, Bvlgari, Giuseppe Zanotti, Tory Burch, Vertu, Swiss Watch Gallery, Rolex, and Royal Selangor.
