Six Senses Spa Yao Noi Announces New Spa Initiatives

The Six Senses Spa Yao Noi in northern Thailand has announced that it developed new spa initiatives to allow guests to “refocus and rebalance their senses, right within their own private villas”.

The “Deep Dream Massage” involves a personal therapist who begins the experience with a foot ritual, followed by a holistic massage, and concluded with a bath ritual.

During full moon and half moon evenings, guests can enjoy a private massage under the lunar glow on their villa pool terrace, followed by canapés and a glass of Champagne. The massage includes a hand ritual of 30 minutes and a holistic massage of 50 minutes. The experience can be booked between 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM. The Six Senses Spa team also offers private mediation classes on the guest villa terraces.

Six Senses Yao Noi offers aqua yoga sessions in the privacy of the guest’s own villa. Water yoga is considered a “fun and gentle form that everybody can enjoy and the private villa pools offer the ideal environment for relieving pain and stiffness”. In water, joints are supported, allowing free movement while also acting as resistance to help strengthen muscles. This form of exercise is also ideal for those with arthritis and other health conditions who cannot take part in regular yoga.

Six Senses Hotels Resorts & Spas is a management and development company, which manages resorts under the brand names Six Senses and Evason, plus Six Senses Spas.
