Boris Bornman Appointed GM of Pezula Resort Hotel

Some exciting news from one of South Africa's most scenic resorts: Pezula Resort Hotel & Spa has appointed Boris Bornman as director of operations and general manager, effective August 8.
Bornman has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having served as the director of operations at Sun City Resort, South Africa, which included the four hotels: The Palace of the Lost City, The Cascades, Sun City Hotel and the Cabanas. He was also responsible for the management of the vacation club, golf courses, casinos and all the other amenities and activities during his time at the resort.
Bornman became a member of Sun City Resorts in 1988 and has held a number of senior managerial positions, including general manager positions at Sun International’s Sun City Hotel, Zimbali Lodge in KwaZulu Natal, and The Royal Livingstone Hotel, Zambia.
He will be responsible for all Pezula Resort operations and serve on the Board of Directors, reporting directly to Chairman Keith B. Stewart. Bornman can be reached through his personal assistant Tammy Hanton (t.hanton@pezula.com).
