Have a Millennial client who loves wine? We just got word of an opening from a new boutique hotel rand in South Africa.

Leeu House, a new boutique luxury hotel in the winelands of South Africa, has just opened its doors. The property is the second for the Leeu Collection, a new luxury hotel brand created by founder Analjit Singh. The first, Le Quartier Français, was acquired back in September. A third, Leeu Estates, is scheduled to open in 2016.

Located in Franschhoek, South Africa, part of the picturesque Franschhoek Valley, Leeu House is designed as a contemporary take on a traditional Cape Dutch house, with nods to the French Huguenot architecture of the surrounding area. A small property, it has just 12 rooms and suites, all of which have a media hub with high-speed Wi-Fi, Nespresso machines and under floor heating in the bathrooms. Other complimentary perks include local spirits, house wines and soft drinks, a laundry and pressing service and a tasting of Mullineux & Leeu family wines per guest per stay.

Executive Chef Oliver Cattermole heads the culinary team, with lunch and dinner menus spotlighting local, organic, ethically farmed produce. Meals are served in The Conservatory, or al fresco on The Terrace. There's also The Lounge -- a gathering spot with an open wood-burning fireplace and views over the property's landscaped gardens. For exploring, guests also have complimentary access to bicycles.

Looking ahead, guests will also have access to the spa facilities and grounds of Leeu Estates, via a complimentary shuttle service, once it opens in June 2016.
