The buzz out of South Africa is the complete revamp of the spa at Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve & Wellness Retreat, approximately 167 miles outside of Cape Town.

The renovations, which, we hear, have doubled the spa's size, make it up-to-date with the latest in spa trends. Two additional single treatment rooms have been added, each with private showers. Two dual treatment rooms as well as a tranquility lounge and secluded spa gardens were also included.

We like the spa's natural theme. Think muted notes of whites, creams, beiges, stones and marble.

Ask about outdoor treatments at the riverside Spa Gazebo, which offers panoramic views of the reserve.

Top Treatments: The Cederberg "SOUL"ution is a 90-minute body treatment including a massage with hot stones, a Rooibos Milk Bath foot treatment and a face and scalp massage.

Teen Touch: A new Hip Spa menu has been created for guests 10 to 17 years old.
