Create an Experience for Luxury Travelers

High-end, exclusive experiences and resorts are what many of your luxury clients seek when it comes to planning their vacation stays. Whether booking a weekend getaway or a longer vacation for them, these three steps will help to ensure a luxury trip to remember in The Palm Beaches.

1. Book Boutique Accommodations

Start with finding more than the right place to stay by booking luxe clients into a property that provides the attention and pampering they desire. The Flagler Club, a 25-room boutique hotel within The Breakers Palm Beach’s 538 rooms, is an exclusive, ultra-luxury experience with private access to redesigned accommodations and personalized service from pre-arrival to departure. The boutique hotel-within-a-hotel includes a private Club Lounge and panoramic terrace where four food and beverage offerings are featured, plus chauffeured arrival and departure transportation from Palm Beach International Airport, house car service in the Club’s Tesla, and high-end décor and amenities within guest rooms and suites including stocked complimentary mini-fridge.

More traditional boutique hotels in Palm Beach include The Brazilian Court Hotel, a historic landmark featuring 80 studios, one, two, and three-bedroom suites within Spanish Colonial architecture. The Chesterfield Palm Beach, offering 41 guest rooms and 11 suites, is also a historical landmark and provides a European bed and breakfast experience near Worth Avenue. Also near the famed street is the 90-room The Colony Palm Beach, which has been a part of Palm Beach’s social scene since 1947 and has played host to U.S. Presidents and European royalty.

2. Plan a Shopping Spree

Worth Avenue in Palm Beach has long been synonymous with high-end shopping. Suggest clients stroll along the Avenue to explore many of the world’s top retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Gucci and Louis Vuitton. They should allow time to also discover the side alleys, known as vias, where they can find independent boutiques that sell designer fashion, gifts, antiques and more.

Both The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens and Town Center at Boca Raton are filled with luxury shopping options. The Gardens Mall, at 1.4 million-square-feet, is home to 160 stores including Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s, and offers valet parking and concierge service. Town Center at Boca Raton boasts 220 stores and six department stores including Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Burberry, Bvlgari, Michael Kors, Tiffany & Co. and Tory Burch.

3. Schedule Travel During an Elite Event

Let clients know about special events taking place in a destination to excite them to travel during that time. For example, the Palm Beach International Polo Season turns each Sunday in early January through April into a social event. The Palm Beach International Equestrian Center’s Winter Equestrian Festival, which also runs January to April, is the largest and longest running horse show in the world. Classic car enthusiasts enjoy both the Palm Beach Cavallino Classic, which is the premier North American Ferrari event featuring classic car races, competitions and shows taking place in January, and the Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach Auto Auction, an April three day-event featuring rare, high-end, collector, vintage, exotics, customs, classics and hot-rods for sale. If clients prefer boats, send them to the Palm Beach International Boat Show in March.
