Sundara – the new beachfront restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay – has opened, offering three private dining rooms on the mezzanine level. These distinctively Balinese venues are ideal for birthday parties, anniversaries and other special occasions. They are also offered for destination wedding celebrations – from rehearsal dinners to post-wedding receptions, brunches, lunches and dinners.
Sundara’s mezzanine level features two private dining rooms for up to 14 guests each, plus a larger room for 40 guests. For gatherings with up to 68 guests, the entire mezzanine may be booked.
Sundara menu was created by executive chef Greg Bunt. The cocktails are created by Javier de las Muelas, founder of the bar DRY Martini.
After dark, the beachside venue features torchlights on the sand and daybeds beside the infinity edge pool. A private dining room is ideal for hosting a VIP party or an exclusive chill-out lounge, complete with DJ.
Groups of up to 14 may order from the regular menu, on an à-la-carte basis. It’s also possible for the host to make arrangements in advance, choosing from a variety of three-course set menus or family-style menus. For business events, there’s a one-hour meeting lunch menu, giving two choices of starter, main course and dessert. For cocktail parties, on offer is the canapé menu with appetizers. There are also alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage packages.
