Abercrombie & Kent USA named Phil Otterson as president, reporting directly to Ian Coghlan, CEO, Abercrombie & Kent Travel, in London. Otterson retired from a long career at Tauck in 2009 to establish Cragmont Baron Group, a consulting firm. He replaces Scott Wiseman, who has left the company.
