Sylvain Ercoli joins Bulgari Hotel and Residences London

Sylvain Ercoli has been appointed the general manager of the Bulgari Hotel and Residences London. He will start July 1.

Previously Ercoli served as general manager at Raffles Royal Monceau Hotel in Paris, where he oversaw its successful refurbishment. Since 1980 he has forged a distinguished career in luxury hotel management. He has been manager of the Hôtel Ritz in Paris, Hôtel George V Paris, Touessrok Hotel, Ile Aux Cerfs and Hôtel Saint-Géran, Golf Club and Casino in Mauritius. He has also been the managing director of the Hôtel Byblos in Saint-Tropez and the Hôtel Byblos Des Neiges in Courchevel. He has served as managing director of the Hôtel Martinez in Cannes, overseen the development of the Casino Palais de la Mediterranée in Nice and acted as General Manager of Claridge’s.

Scheduled to open in Spring 2012, the Bulgari Hotel and Residences London will include 85 rooms, including six residences and one penthouse. Designed to sustainable standards by Antonio Citterio, Patricia Viel and Partners, it is situated near numerous shopping and cultural attractions, such as Harrods, Harvey Nichols, the Royal Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum. The hotel will boast a ballroom, private cinema and a spa and fitness center with an indoor pool.
