Private tour operator Kensington Tours has appointed Ronald Veno as the company’s new president. Veno brings over 20 years of experience in the luxury travel sector to Kensington.

His new role will involve the curating of Kensington Tours’ global portfolio of luxury experiences with a strong focus on customer experience and driving quality and value.
Veno’s previous experience includes 18 years at Abercrombie & Kent. His most recent role was at Abercrombie & Kent Akorn Destination Management where he headed strategic sales teams in North and South America as well as Europe while spearheading growth in emerging markets like Eastern Europe, China and Brazil. In addition to destination management, his experience includes sales management in the retail, tour operator, incentive, and cruise segments.
Prior to Akorn, Veno owned and led the firm Global Travel Solutions in the North American wholesale travel trade. Mr. Veno is a graduate of the Boston College Carroll Graduate School of Management with a Master of Business Administration.
