New Restaurant for the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park

Fat Duck fans, rejoice. We've learned that star restaurateur Heston Blumenthal, one of the most decorated chefs in England and brains behind the legendary Berkshire restaurant, will open a resto at London's Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in the fall of 2010. Awarded three Michelin stars for The Fat Duck, Blumenthal is oft hailed a "culinary alchemist" for his scientific approach to cooking. The new London restaurant will have interiors by designer Adam Tihany, channeling a traditional British aesthetic.
