The Brazilian Court Hotel & Beach Club in Palm Beach, Florida celebrates its 85th anniversary this autumn with Fall Back Flavors, including a tasting menu at Cafe Boulud, starting at $809 per night through March 31.

Tipping their hats to the Golden Age, The Brazilian Court and Cafe Boulud offer a menu that includes entrees such as Lobster Newburg, a Galantine of Pheasant and Foie Gras and a Roasted Venison Loin with Chestnut Crust. A summery dessert of Peach Melba offers a final nod to simpler times. Each course comes paired with a wine chosen by the sommelier.

Upon check-in guests are welcomed with an 85-year-old 1926 bottle of Barbeito Verdelho to toast the anniversary.
