A Six Senses Spa is set to open in Marbellla this summer. The spa will be part of the Puente Romano Beach Resort on the Costa del Sol, along the southern coast of Spain.

The spa will capture the feeling of Spanish culture with painted tiles and whitewashed walls. Natural materials like stone and timber will be used throughout the spa, including the lobby, which is set to be covered in floor-to-ceiling timber walls. In keeping with the natural vibe we hear the nail bar will have memorable views of the Mediterranean Sea.

There will be several treatment experiences, including a hydrotherapy pool, a cold plunge pool, showers with heat and ice and a sauna. A herbal steam room and hammam complete the offerings.

Usually going to the spa means removing yourself from the outside world, but the Six Senses Spa Marbella will allow guests to connect with beautiful landscape with three outside treatment rooms. The outside rooms will have canopied roofs (hello sunlight) and swing cabanas. As a bonus these treatment rooms overlook the sea, and local products like sea salt and olive oil are set to be used during the massages, body treatments, and facials.

Puente Romano Beach Resort is 35 miles from Málaga Airport and has 264 guestrooms.
