A Warm Welcome

At the onset of our new venture with Luxury Travel Advisor, we knew we had a good idea. We wanted to stand out by offering editorial content that is more informative and actionable than that of existing travel agent tools. And while we still have a lot of hard work ahead of us, the e-mails and phone calls we’ve received from luxury agents and industry executives has been gratifying.

To illustrate: One agent in San Francisco called to say that she loves Luxury Travel Advisor, that she read the Palm Beach article [“Palm Beach,” March] and wanted some more information from us just before sending a group there. We’d like to share a few more of them with you:

“Thank you so much for sending our office a copy of Luxury Travel Advisor—it’s a major hit!”
-Fair Lawn, NJ

“What a great issue! Having experienced some of the destinations, I was able to use my own yardstick to evaluate the material. Thus, I could apply that evaluation to new destinations.
I love the “Access” tips, the restaurant suggestions and the personal approach. I look forward to the next issue and will now begin a collection of issues for reference.”  -Cape Cod, MA

“I’m hot for this publication! How can I get more involved in it?” -Long Island, NY
“Congratulations on the new book! It’s something the industry really needed.” -New Jersey

“Well done!”   -Florida

“I took it [the magazine] home, but saved it to read with my Saturday morning coffee so I could truly read it and objectively gauge its pulse. Wow!  Congratulations. From my perspective, you’ve hit the nail on the head with the magazine’s look and feel, and content that speaks loudly to the luxury agent.”  -San francisco

“A great beginning!”  -New York

“You have done a wonderful job creating an informative and enticing magazine.”  -Florida
