Jetsetter’s Paradise: A luxury yacht is now part of the guest experience at the Six Senses Laamu in the Indian Ocean.

Guests at Six Senses Laamu, located on the Laamu Atoll in the Indian Ocean, can now take to the seas, literally. The island resort is offering guests the chance to sail around on that gorgeous turquoise water in a 37-foot Riviera 37 Flybridge luxury yacht. Sense of Freedom really will give travelers a sense of freedom as they zip around the Maldives experiencing island life, which includes a picnic on a deserted island, snorkeling in clear water (look for dolphins), a visit to a sandbank for sunset cocktails and a private beach barbeque, where guests will be served any fish they catch during the day. This package, which runs from the late morning to well past sunset, is customizable with a chance for diving, but make sure to plan this in advance. Six Senses Laamu is also available to help guests create a personalized cruising route. Note: This offer is made for a one-day journey and cannot be extended to multiple days. However, Sense of Freedom can be requested for early morning fishing. (Try the traditional Maldivian way of fishing with just a pole and a line.) This sleek cruiser can also be used as a love boat for a sunset cruise or perhaps a picnic island experience and a full day of island hopping.

Looking for a family experience? Sense of Freedom welcomes up to six guests. And those traveling with little ones will be happy to hear that there is a master bedroom and an adjacent cabin with bunk beds, which would be perfect for an afternoon nap for the kiddos. Meanwhile, we suggest the adults enjoy a bottle of Prosecco on the large flybridge, which offers stunning views. Getting There: Six Senses Laamu is just a short plane and boat ride from Malé International Airport. To book a VIP yachting experience, contact Mina Hanna ([email protected]) directly.
