Abercrombie & Kent Creates Additional 2016 Itineraries

There is still time for travelers to book a top vacation for 2016. Abercrombie & Kent has recently added more itineraries for this year, due to high demand, including an additional journey in one of newest collections, “Wings Over the World.” This collection allows travelers to discover a whole region via a privately–chartered Gulfstream plane with a dedicated flight crew (yes, please). The added trip, "Wings Over Indochina," is a 16-day rendezvous around Southeast Asia. Guests will explore the Buddhist temples of Luang Prabang, sail Ha Long Bay, admire the sunrise over Angkor Wat and crawl into the Cu Chi Tunnels near Ho Chi Minh City. This trip will begin on October 24 and runs through November 8.

A&K is also adding an additional family departure to Antarctica, South Georgia and the Falkland Islands. The trip will begin on December 19 when guests board the all-balcony ship, Le Boreal. Also new on this trip for 2016 is an adjustment to the Young Explorers program. Now the program will have two distinct groups for younger and older children (Young Explorers and Senior Explorers), meaning stimulating, age-appropriate activities for everyone. Tip: On day five and six, of this 17-day journey, get the kids excited, because the ship will approach South Georgia where whales and other sea life becomes abundant. This journey will end on January 4, 2017.
