Access Trips Launches Himalayan Adventure

Access Trips has launched the new 12-Day Himalayan Mountain Bike Tour through Nepal, allowing participants to witness the peaks of the Himalayan mountain range, from Everest in the east to Dhaulagiri in the west under the guidance of expert mountain biking instructors.

The first trip departs in March 2013.

The tour’s highlights include: sightseeing in Kathmandu; stops at Durbar Square, Boudhanath Stupa, one of the holiest Buddhist sites in Nepal, and Pashupatinath temple, the most important Hindu temple in Nepal; visit of a Tibetan Buddhist monastery; exploration of local villages; tracing the Gorkha Trail; expert mountain biking; and boutique accommodations.

Rates include 11 nights of accommodations, daily instruction, full support vehicle, all meals, all transportation and airport transfer in Nepal and entry fees. Not included are international airfare, airport taxes, visas, insurance, and bike and helmet rentals. There is also additional cost for bike and helmet rental. Groups are limited to 15 travelers who are accompanied by a multilingual guide.
