The five-star Adare Manor, located near Limerick and Shannon International Airport, has announced its offerings for the holiday season.
The holiday season at Adare Manor has been described as “magical, with the manor house dazzling in its elegant, Victorian splendor and glittering decorations”. The historic, 19th century manor house is surrounded by acres of parklands. Adare Manor’s “Calendar House” has 365 stained glass windows, 52 chimneys, seven pillars in the lobby for each day of the week and four towers for each season.
An offering is the “Christmas Weekend in Adare” package, which includes two nights of stay in a standard room; full Irish breakfast each morning; an eight course tasting dinner for two in the Oakroom Restaurant; and various activities, such as a round of golf, archery (moving target or static), a Swedish full body massage, or an Elemis skin specific facial.
The “Christmas Afternoon Tea” offers holiday treats, served daily at Adare Manor. Afternoon tea reservations can be made up to December 22; vegetarian and children’s fares are also available.
“A Dazzling Irish New Year’s Eve Dinner” includes: a six-course New Year’s dinner in the Oakroom Restaurant, prepared by executive chef Mark Donohue; and live entertainment in The Manor’s Drawing Room.
