The Alpina Gstaad Offers New Guest Programs This Summer

the swiss alps in the summerThis week, The Alpina Gstaad in Gstaad, Switzerland, announced new fitness, wellness, and cooking classes and packages for guests staying at the resort this summer.  

The new Yogic Programs will guide guests through Yoga, Yoga Detox and Yogic Sleep methods. Emily Evelyn, Six Senses Spa’s yoga instructor, will lead yoga enthusiasts through deep state relaxation, gentle stretching and pranayama. Guests will also get a chance to meditate during the hotel’s Silent Retreat. This program allows guests to relax and reconnect with themselves at Six Senses Notepad. Michelin-starred Executive Chef Marcus G. Lindner will also host a cooking class where guests will learn some of the critically-acclaimed chef’s cooking secrets. 

The Alpina Gstaad is also offering a selection of vacation packages, including the Mountain Detox program. For six days, guests will receive a personalized nutrition, juice, and cleansing program. The promotion also includes several menus from Six Senses Spa, including a detox bandage wrap, VelaShape, flotation therapy, Six Senses detox massage, yoga, bio rhythms, oxygen facial and group classes. 

For active guests, the hotel offers paragliding, cycling, river rafting, hiking and more.
