Art Miami LLC to Celebrates 25 Years at This Year's Miami Art Week

Art GalleryWith Art Miami celebrating its 25th edition at this year's Miami Art Week, you can expect an influx of collectors, artists and aficionados alike descending upon the city this December. 

As the week's anchor fair, Art Miami (December 2 – 7, 2014) will kick off the show. Taking place at the Midtown Miami Complex in the Wynwood Arts District, guests can expect a showcase of modern and contemporary art from 125 international art galleries.

CONTEXT (December 2 – 7, 2014) Art Miami’s sister fair, draws in quite the crowd, especially during its opening night VIP preview to benefit the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM). The 2013 preview saw a presence of over 13,600 collectors, curators, artists, connoisseurs and designers, while spread over the full six day event was an accumulated 72,500 attendees. Visitors with an eye for emerging and mid-career cutting-edge works of art will be especially interested. 

Aqua Art Miami (December 3 – 7, 2014) will be joining in the festivities with its own celebration, as this year marks its tenth consecutive installment and its second among the Art Miami family of fairs. Known for its showcase of emerging supporting young and established galleries with strong emerging and mid-career artists, 2014 will see an international collection with fourty seven exhibitions from North and South America, Europe and Asia.

The combined exhibition space of CONTEXT and Art Miami will increase the overall roster of galleries to 200 participants and cover 250,000 square feet. Parking is available for both fairs through the use of a four-story parking garage with 2,000 spots, located directly across the street from the CONTEXT and Art Miami Pavilions. A network of complimentary shuttle buses will run round-trip service between Art Miami, CONTEXT, Aqua Art Miami and Art Basel Miami Beach
