The Beverly Hills Hotel to Host David Bowie Themed Brunch

On Saturday, January 22, The Beverly Hills Hotel is hosting legendary rock and roll photographer Mick Rock for an exclusive brunch event at the hotel’s iconic Polo Lounge. The brunch will showcase an exhibition of Rock’s original prints from his 1972 photo shoot with the late David Bowie at the hotel 44 years prior.

Guests of the limited-entry brunch will be invited to attend an inspired discussion with Rock about his renowned rock music imagery and esteemed career capturing images of rock and roll royalty throughout the decades. The VIP brunch package is limited to only 60 people.

The package includes a three-course brunch in the Polo Lounge featuring themed-menu items and the music of David Bowie; a complimentary mimosa, glass of champagne of the specialty Ziggy Stardust martini; admission to the hour-long, post-brunch exhibition and conversation with Rock in the Polo Private; and a signed copy of Rock’s new book, The Rise of David Bowie 1972-1973.

The brunch is priced at $150 per person, excluding tax, gratuity and additional alcoholic beverages. Brunch is offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the three-course menu is priced at $85 per person. Brunch diners who do not purchase the VIP package may view the photography exhibition in the adjacent Polo Private prior to 3 p.m., and Mr. Rock will sign copies of his book which may be purchased for $85.
