Banyan Tree’s “Al Wadi Wildlife Encounter” package will allow couples to discover the Ras El Khaimah desert in the United Arab Emirates between January 4 and 7, or February 1 and 9, 2015. The all-inclusive package begins at $2,130 per night, for a minimum stay of three nights.
Catering to conservation-conscious travelers, the three-day experience will provide nature-loving couples the opportunity to explore the 500-hectare nature reserve, as well as treat themselves to dining and relaxation services.
The trip is broken down as follows:
Day 1
Arrival and sunset cocktails for two, followed by a moonlight visit to the desert
Day 2
Morning meeting with the resort’s official vet and activity officer at the Conservation Center to begin training in wildlife observation and data collection
Thai dinner at Safran Restaurant
Day 3
Couple receives further information about desert ecology and sustainability
Two desert excursions
Sunset cocktails
60-minute spa treatment for two at the Banyan Tree Spa Al Wadi
Middle Eastern dinner at Al Waha
