In celebration of its 20th Anniversary this year, Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts has created a new tour: ‘Around the World in 20 Ways.’ With overnights at the 20 included resorts (for at least two nights each), this 40-night trip covers three continents, six time zones, 11 countries and a range of cultures, languages and experiences.

What makes this world tour special? It includes 20 distinct experiences across the Banyan Tree and Angsana portfolio and some fun activities. Highlights include a flight over the Mauritius and an organic farm experience in the Seychelles; a lesson in falconry in the UAE desert; adopting a turtle in the Maldives and relaxing in hot springs in China. Destinations include the white sand beaches of the Indian Ocean; the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Vietnam; the highlands of China; and the tour ends in Thailand, the company's home-base.
Even better: Guests who book the ‘Around the World in 20 ways Anniversary package’ can start or finish their journey at any of the Banyan Tree or Angsana properties featured in the itinerary.
The tour starts at $50,000 per couple, and does not include airport transfers, local taxes or additional expenses. Since this is a 20th anniversary tour, it is valid for travel in 2014 only.
