Bar Boulud fans will have reason to visit Beantown this year. We hear that Chef Daniel Boulud has signed a partnership with Mandarin Oriental, Boston, to open Bar Boulud in the fall.
The French-inspired bistro and wine bar will be Boulud's first restaurant in Boston. Bar Boulud in Boston will be the third location of the casual bistro. The original Bar Boulud opened in 2008 in Manhattan, followed by a second location at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London in 2011. Guests can expect to see local and seasonal dishes, traditional French bistro fare, signature charcuterie and a wine cellar.
