Zurich's Baur au Lac is set to host a special event for foodies: "Nobu Week" will take place December 5 to 13.
During "Nobu Week," a team of chefs from Matsuhisa Mykonos in Greece will take over the kitchen at the Baur au Lac's Rive Gauche restaurant, allowing guests to experience Nobu's culinary style. The event will offer a six-course tasting menu with Nobu's Japanese-Peruvian specialties, including Tiradito (Peruvian Style Sashimi); Lobster Ceviche with Limestone Lettuce; and Tuna Tempura Roll with Yuzu Miso Sauce.
The Baur au Lac recently revamped its Pavillon and Terrasse restaurants, as well as various rooms and suites, and continues to renovate rooms and public spaces on a regular basis. The hotel's lobby is currently undergoing a head-to-toe renovation, set to be complete in December 2014.
