The Beaumont Hotel in London has appointed Jannes Sorensen as the new general manager. Sorensen hails from Berlin, Germany and was previously at the Le Bristol Paris. At the Le Bristol, he was the director of rooms and a member of the executive planning committee.
Sorensen has worked around the globe in a range of top cities, including Berlin, Barcelona, New York, London and Paris. He has also held positions at The Kempinski Hotel Adlon, The Plaza Hotel, Four Seasons George V and The Connaught.
Sorensen has a degree in Essentials of Hospitality Management from Cornell University .
The Beaumont Hotel is located in the heart of the Mayfair neighborhood of London. The top accommodation, the Roosevelt Suite can open to occupy the entire fifth floor, and it includes five bedrooms and a terrace. The entire hotel is designed in an Art Deco style, including a three-story sculpture created by Antony Gormley.
