For those looking to hit the mountains this fall, The St. Regis Deer Valley is offering a bespoke series of fly fishing, biking and hiking excursions.
Tours will include guides and all necessary gear -- rods, reels and waders for fly fishing trips and bikes, helmets and water bottles for bike tours. Transportation is provided from the resort to the starting point of all excursions, along with a made-to-order picnic basket lunch. Guests can book accommodations, with a daily biking, hiking or fly fishing activity for two included, starting at $799/night.
In honor of the fall travel season, J&G Grill, the resort’s Jean-Georges Vongerichten restaurant, has announced a new menu specially designed for fall that includes dishes such as Pumpkin and Black Truffle Risotto and a Chili Oil Poached Mero Seabass with Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Creamy Parsnips and Lime. The restaurant also offers a Fall Tasting Menu for $95, which treats guest to a five-course meal of Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Spicy Radish and Ginger Marinade; Glazed Berkshire Pork Belly with Persimmons; Crispy Skinned Arctic Char with Braised Fennel, Lemon and Extra Virgin Olive Oil; and more.
Popular Park City events to round out an autumn escape to The St. Regis Deer Valley include the Autumn Aloft Hot Air Balloon Festival, September 20 – 21, and the Park City Beethoven Festival, October 5 – 13. Families visiting over Halloween can partake in Howl-O-Ween, trick-or-treating for kids plus the famous Park City Dog Parade on October 31.
